In cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited activity, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation, and funds may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.
